La Paz, 12 de abril (RCM).- Luego de tres años y cuatro meses de reclusión en el penal de San Pedro, el exdirector de Migración Marcel Rivas dejó, hoy viernes, el recinto penitenciario ubicado en la ciudad de La Paz, a fin de cumplir su detención domiciliaria dispuesta por la Justicia.
Esto, tras que el 14 de marzo pasado un juez de La Paz ordenara su detención domiciliaria, además de su arraigo.
Rivas, exfuncionario del Gobierno de Jeanine Áñez, fue detenido el 19 de noviembre de 2020, investigado por, presuntamente, encubrir la salida irregular del país de los exministros Fernando López y Arturo Murillo.
