Escaso presupuesto, carencia de jueces en los municipios, independencia de los operadores de justicia, son algunas de las deficiencias que el abogado Juan Del Granado detectó en los seis ejes planteados por el ministro de justicia, Iván Lima, para reformar la justicia boliviana.
“No es la primera propuesta que nos presenta, es la tercera. El ministro nos planteó iniciar con una reforma judicial. Luego, le cortaron la caña y la propuesta de reforma se achicó, se redujo a cambios en los sistemas de adopción y otros”, dijo el también exalcalde de La Paz.
En entrevista con el programa de “Nueve a Doce” de Radio Compañera, Del Granado señaló tres problemas “gravísimos” de la justicia boliviana que, a su juicio, no están contemplados en el planteamiento de Lima: 1) dependencia institucional del órgano judicial con el ejecutivo, 2) bajo presupuesto, 3) difícil acceso universal a la justicia.
