La Paz, 08 de agosto (RC).- El presidente del colegio de Abogados Israel Centellas, afirmó, que las personas que se encuentran bloqueando el paso de oxígeno y alimentos están cometiendo un delito de orden público, por lo cual la fiscalía ya debió actuar de oficio al no necesitar una denuncia como requisito legal.
El abogado Centellas indicó que se está cometiendo sedición y delitos contra la salud pública por parte de las personas que siguen bloqueando las carreteras, impidiendo el paso de oxígeno a los centros de salud, “todos estos son delitos que deben ser de persecución publica, el ministerio público de oficio debería iniciar (un proceso) contra todos aquellos que han alentado estas medidas” aseguró Centellas
El doctor Israel Centellas afirmó, que las personas que incurren en estos delitos son pasibles hasta 10 años de cárcel, “desde que se hicieron los primeros llamamientos el ministerio publico debió iniciar la persecución pública”, aseveró
