La Paz, 3 de octubre (RCM).- El director ejecutivo de la (ATT), Néstor Ríos, informó que el Gobierno aprobó el Decreto Supremo 5236 para ampliar el apagón analógico hasta el 30 de mayo de 2026 en 7 regiones del territorio boliviano, además explicó que la misma se realizará en tres etapas hasta 2030 en todo el país.
“Tenemos los grupos de apagón analógico, el primer grupo, es el eje central del país que son Cochabamba, La Paz, Santa Cruz, Viacha, Vinto, Warnes y Torno, van a realizar el apagón analógico el 30 de mayo de 2026. El grupo dos, que es Cobija, Montero, Oruro, Potosí, Sucre, Tarija, Trinidad, Valle Alto y localidades con población mayor a 40 mil habitantes el 30 de mayo 2028, y el territorio nacional restante se realizará el apagón analógico el 30 de mayo de 2030”, explicó Ríos.
Ríos afirmó que el apagón analógico permitirá la transición a la televisión digital, donde la población boliviana podrá contar una grilla más amplia de canales de calidad, además explicó que el apagón analógico ocasionará que todos los televisores analógicos dejarán de funcionar en el país.
