La Paz, 5 de junio (RCM).- Tras una reunión del transporte pesado determinó que se activará un bloqueo de carreteras de manera indefinida en el país, si hasta el 14 de no el presidente Luis Arce no los convoca a una reunión para atender sus demandas, que tratan sobre la falta de divisas en el país, falta de combustible y malos tratos por parte de la Aduana Nacional.
La pasada jornada tras pasar las 18.00 los camiones comenzaron a retirarse de los puntos de bloqueos instalados en varios puntos del departamento de Potosí, Santa Cruz, Cochabamba, Oruro y La Paz.
“El presidente Luis Arce es quien ni tendría que recibirnos, por esa misma razón, estamos dando otros 10 días al Gobierno donde ya no vamos a dar brazo a torcer, esta vez es un paro movilizado, es un paro que no va a dar opciones”, informó el presidente de la Cámara Boliviana de Transporte (CBT), Héctor Mercado.
Por causa de los bloqueos en las diferentes carreteras del país, cientos de pasajeros y camiones de carga fueron afectados. El Gobierno cuantificó que esta medida de presión ocasionó una pérdida económica de más de Bs 833 millones.
