La Paz, 9 de Mayo (RCM).- Tras la audiencia de medidas cautelares, se determinó la detención preventiva en la cárcel de San Pedro para Edwin Usnayo, exfuncionario de Yacimientos de Litio Bolivianos (YLB) y quinto implicado en irregularidades en 18 piscinas industriales de evaporación.
El exfuncionario cumplía funciones como Supervisor de Obras, sin embargo, no había cumplido las especificaciones técnicas establecidas de acuerdo a las normas del Sistema de Administración de Bienes y Servicios, según informó el juez Iván Córdova.
“Se ha verificado que este ciudadano ha firmado las planillas de conformidad de las obras, lo que a la postre ha permitido la cancelación de recursos económicos a favor de la empresa encargada de estas obras”, añadió Córdova.
El exfuncionario fue aprehendido en Oruro y se encuentra imputado por los delitos de conducta antieconómica e incumplimiento de deberes, estará recluido por seis meses.
Con la aprehensión de este exfuncionario ya suman cinco personas cauteldas, de las cuales dos guardan detención preventiva y tres tienen detención domiciliaria
