La Paz, 14 de febrero (RCM).- Tras su aparición el conscripto contó su versión y la manera en que sobrevivió por más de un mes en el que estuvo desaparecido. “Sentí unos golpes y cuando me levante estaba en un lugar desierto, quemado por el sol”, contó Marcelo Cota a Cadena A.
“Estaba todo de civil (sin el uniforme militar) y no había nada, mi ropa estaba sucia, estaba llorando y de miedo (…) empecé a bajar del cerro y caminé sin rumbo, todo asustado y sin rumbo”, relató.
Ante la falta de alimentos y agua, el conscripto aseguró que tuvo que tomar su “propio orín y comer lo que había (pasto como los animales)”.
Cota de 22 años, fue reportado como desaparecido desde el 10 de enero, las autoridades presumían que había sido asesinado.
El conscripto prestaba su servicio en el puesto militar de La Queca, en la frontera con Chile. La Fiscalía responsabilizó del supuesto crimen a dos militares y un soldado que fueron enviados a la cárcel en Oruro con detención preventiva.
