La Paz, 19 de enero (RCM).- El exdirigente cocalero César Apaza habló después de haberse sometido a un juicio abreviado para salir con libertad de la cárcel de San Pedro después de 16 meses. Aseguró que necesitaba tomar decisiones inmediatas porque su salud se veía muy afectada, al igual que la de su mamá y su hermana.
“Cuándo estas en una situación crítica de salud uno que prefiere ¿salir con vida o salir en caja? Tuve que tomar decisiones prontas, porque mi situación estaba afectando no solo a mi persona, sino a mi mamá, también mi hermana se estaba complicando con su situación de salud”, contó Apaza en entrevista con Radio Fides.
Reiteró que todas las acusaciones en su contra son falsas, “mi conciencia está tranquila porque sé que no he hecho nada (…) siempre voy a decir que soy inocente”.
La ilegalidad del mercado paralelo
Consultado sobre la declaratoria de ilegalidad del mercado paralelo de Arnold Alanes, César Apaza sostuvo que, desde un inicio, en el marco de la legalidad de los estatutos de Adepcoca, mantuvo su posición respecto al frente paralelo, pero su situación en la cárcel lo acalló.
“Siempre habíamos dicho que le mercado de Arnold Alanes es ilegal, pero ya estábamos en la cárcel y después nos han dado la razón”, expresó
Asimismo, Apaza se refirió a las determinaciones judiciales durante todo su encierro y reiteró su pedido de una justicia independiente.
“Las leyes y normas se hacen para cumplir y no para negociar, considero que nuestro país necesita una independencia judicial, hemos vividos muchas cosas; el país debe darse cuenta que nuestra justicia debe ser independiente “manifestó.
