La Paz, 27 de julio (RCM).- El expresidente y líder de CC, Carlos Mesa, manifestó mediante sus redes sociales que el narcotráfico ha “penetrado los más altos niveles políticos”, en referencia a los recientes casos de tráfico de sustancias controladas y la reciente amenaza a un periodista de El Deber.
“El crecimiento y la impunidad del narcotráfico, ha penetrado los más altos niveles políticos e impuso formas de violencia nunca vistos. Hoy avanza al grado más peligroso y recurrente en países como México, y amenaza a periodistas que develan sus actividades”, manifestó Mesa.
Del mismo modo, el exmandatario exige que el Gobierno pueda tomar las medidas necesarias para investigar las amenazas contra el periodista Guider Arancibia, quien fue amenazado tras cubrir el caso del narcovuelo. “Expreso mi solidaridad al periodista Guider Arancibia y exijo que el Gobierno intervenga en este caso con celeridad y contundencia”, agregó.
