La Paz, 14 de julio (RCM).- El Órgano Electoral Plurinacional (OEP) ha emitido este viernes mediante un comunicado que la Asamblea Legislativa Plurinacional (ALP) tiene como plazo hasta el 3 de septiembre para la entrega de candidatos preseleccionados para las elecciones judiciales, de lo contrario no podrán garantizar la entrega de credenciales.
“El OEP garantiza el desarrollo de las actividades tendientes a llevar a cabo la Elección Judicial 2023 para el domingo 3 de diciembre de 2023 (…) El OEP no garantiza la entrega de credenciales a autoridades electas si la nómina de candidatos preseleccionados no es remitida por la ALP hasta el domingo 3 de septiembre de 2023”, indicó la institución.
Asimismo, el órgano afirmó que para lograr que se desarrollen las mencionadas elecciones es “imprescindible” que la ALP “convoque oportunamente al proceso de postulación y preselección de candidatas y candidatos al Órgano Judicial y Tribunal Constitucional Plurinacional”. Dichas declaraciones fueron realizadas luego de que la Asamblea todavía no ha reabierto la fase de preselección, afectando a los plazos establecidos.
