La Paz, 1 de julio (RCM).- El parlamentario de Perú José María Balcázar defendió que «las relaciones sexuales tempranas ayudan al futuro psicológico de la mujer», durante una comisión del Congreso que debatía un dictamen que busca impedir el matrimonio infantil, palabras que causaron este viernes el rechazo Ministerio de la Mujer (MIMP) y organizaciones.
«En las ciudades grandes, las uniones de hecho son tempranas, las relaciones sexuales son tempranas y la medicina legal sabe perfectamente que, mientras no haya violencia, las relaciones sexuales tempranas más bien ayudan al futuro psicológico de la mujer», dijo Balcázar en la Comisión de Justicia y Derechos Humanos del Congreso.
«Desde el Ministerio de la Mujer rechazamos enérgicamente las declaraciones del congresista José Balcázar en la Comisión de Justicia del Congreso que pretende justificar las relaciones sexuales con menores de edad indicando que promueven su desarrollo. La evidencia existente contradice su posición», respondió el ministerio en Twitter.
