La Paz, 12 de septiembre (RCM).- El presidente de ucrania, Volodimir Zelenski, sostuvo y responsabilizó este domingo a Rusia del «apagón total» ocurrido en zonas del este de Ucrania y lo acusó además de socavar de manera deliberada la infraestructura civil, según el portal DW.

Asimismo, el presidente ucraniano expresó en el comunicado donde calificó como «terroristas rusos» por los cortes de electricidad que se sufrió en una parte del su país y que «El objetivo es privar al pueblo de luz y calefacción».
