La Paz, 23 de mayo (RC).- El presidente de las juntas vecinales de la región potosina de Uncía, Juan Rolando Ramos, manifestó que los pobladores se han declarado en estado de emergencia ante los destrozos en dicha zona y las agresiones que cometieron comunarios del ayllu Jukamari, quienes exigen que se levante la cuarentena.
“Uncía respeta los derechos de los otros ayllus y comunidades, pero también exigimos que respeten la ciudad”, indicó Ramos y resaltó que los pobladores de la región están dispuestos a defender los bienes públicos de la zona en el caso de que los mencionados comunitarios volverían a dicho lugar para realizar protestas violentas.
Así mismo, el representante vecinal anunció que tendrán un cabildo para definir las medidas que tomarán ante dichos actos de violencia, solicitó a los cooperativistas mineros de la región que apoyen a la localidad y exigió que las autoridades del Gobierno realicen acciones para evitar que vuelva a suceder otra protesta similar.
