La Paz, 6 de noviembre (RC). – El diputado, Wilson Santamaría, presentó un proyecto de Ley para la anulación de las elecciones y anunció nuevo proyecto para cesar el mandato de los vocales del Tribunal Supremo Electoral (TSE) para destituirlos y designar un árbitro confiable en los nuevos comicios.
El diputado Santamaría sostuvo que la suspensión del TREP y el cómputo oficial violan los principios del Art. 4 de la Ley del Régimen Electoral, e indicó que plantearán la suspensión de sus cargos a los vocales del TSE de manera transitoria con el fin de tener resultados creíbles.
“Garantizar un proceso de transición democrática, anular un proceso claramente fraudulento e incorporar a nuevas autoridades judiciales que nos permitan devolverle confianza a un tribunal…”, declaró Santamaría considerando que el MAS deberá evaluar que camino seguirá, el institucional o las calles por medio de confrontaciones.
