La Paz, 29 de octubre (RC). – El diputado Rafael Quispe señaló que llegarán alrededor de 8 mil mineros para hacer vigilia y resguardo al Movimiento Al Socialismo (MAS) y cuestionó la instalación de 28 baños móviles en la Plaza Murillo para los huestes masistas.
“En estos momentos va empezar el yunquerio de los movimientos sociales… Conalcam se reunirá posterior a estas movilizaciones y le pedirán pega, plata al gobierno de Evo Morales… hay una competencia de yuquerio de desbloquear y aplastar todas las movilizaciones”, manifestó Quispe.
Quispe refirió que el Decreto Supremo N° 2888 indica que está prohibido el uso, tenencia y porte de explosivos y de otros materiales relacionados, en manifestaciones públicas, movilizaciones sociales, marchas, huelgas y mítines en áreas urbanas y/o rurales, por implicar un peligro común para la vida, la integridad física y la propiedad pública y privada.
Así también, el diputado puntualizó que en el artículo 2 de DS N°2888 establece que en caso de incumplimiento a la normativa se deberá realizar la aprehensión y consideró que la policía incumplió su labor el día de ayer en las manifestaciones.
