La Paz, 21 de octubre (RCM).- El abogado constitucionalista, Israel Quino, en entrevista con Red Compañera Mundo, advirtió que si ahora, con un amparo, se suspenderían las Elecciones Judiciales, también puede suscitarse la misma acción con las elecciones presidenciales al no concretar en la fecha establecida la primera actividad, así también enfatizó que si los magistrados “se autoprorrogaron con un fallo, mañana se puede autoprorrogar el presidente (Luis Arce)” y extender su mandato.
“La democracia se agrieta más. Si hoy se suspende con un amparo las judiciales, mañana se puede hacer lo mismo con la elección del presidente. El Estado debe garantizar al propio Estado.
Así también, Quino precisó que “las Salas Constitucionales en Bolivia deben cerrarse” para evitar que más amparos afecten la continuidad de los procesos electorales y para evitar la desinstitucionalización que afecta la Constitución.
“No se pueden estar a expensas de algunos malos operadores porque generan desinstitucionalización (…) mañana pueden ser nuestros derechos y nuestras garantías”, añadió.
