La Paz, 17 de octubre (RCM).- Luego de cuatro años de investigación en el denominado caso “Golpe de Estado I” y con el inicio de la etapa de juicio oral con la presencia de los principales acusados: Jeanine Áñez, Luis Fernando Camacho y Marco Antonio Pumari, el exmandatario Carlos Mesa indicó, mediante su cuenta X , que los tres lideres políticos son sometidos a un juicio ilegal, inconstitucional e injusto por un delito inexistente.
“Tres líderes políticos son sometidos a un juicio ilegal, inconstitucional e injusto por un delito inexistente para encubrir el monumental fraude electoral de Morales, García Linera y sus cómplices que continúan impunes. Mi solidaridad con Jeanine, Luis Fernando y Marco, perseguidos y presos políticos y víctimas de un régimen que viola la Constitución y los DDHH”, escribió Mesa.
Sobre el caso, el Ministerio Público colectó un total de 131 declaraciones informativas entre testigos que participaron de reuniones y hechos durante los conflictos del año 2019, además de las declaraciones informativas de los acusados.
