La Paz, 17 de octubre (RCM).- El Tribunal Supremo Electoral (TSE) aclaró este jueves que las Elecciones Judiciales no han sido «suspendidas ni paralizadas» y la devolución de las listas de candidatos al Tribunal Constitucional Plurinacional, Tribunal Supremo de Justicia, Tribunal Agroambiental y Consejo de la Magistratura se realiza en cumplimiento de la resolución emitida por la Sala Constitucional Primera del Beni.
En un comunicado, el TSE, máxima autoridad del Órgano Electoral Plurinacional, indicó que la Sala Plena del TSE será la encargada de determinar y comunicar la situación del proceso electoral de manera oportuna.
«La Sala Plena del TSE, como máxima instancia del Órgano Electoral Plurinacional, determinará y comunicará oportunamente la situación del proceso electoral», señala el comunicado emitido.
Por su parte, el vocal del TSE, Tahuichi Tahuichi Quispe, mencionó que el Órgano Electoral enfrenta «una gran incertidumbre» debido a las contradicciones surgidas entre diferentes Salas Constitucionales. Mientras que las Salas de Pando y Beni ordenaron la paralización de las Elecciones Judiciales, una instancia similar de La Paz emitió una medida cautelar que permite continuar con el proceso.
