La Paz, 16 de octubre (RCM).- El candidato al Tribunal Constitucional Plurinacional, Israel Campero, anunció que analizará asumir acciones para garantizar la continuidad de las Elecciones Judiciales, ante una posible paralización, quien además explicó que las Salas Constitucionales Beni y Pando no respetaron el principio de preclusión (etapas ya superadas), tras una orden de paralización de las elecciones judiciales por las Salas de Beni y Pando.
“Pero existe algunos postulantes que estamos pensando apersonarnos a la ciudad de Beni para observar al Tribunal de Garantías, cada una de las puntualizaciones que hoy hemos hecho, (…). En razón a las decisiones del tribunal del Beni estamos evaluando la mejor salida, estamos evaluando desde denuncias administrativas, denuncias penales, porque no podemos permitir que una Sala Constitucional (…) rompa todas las reglas mínimas de decisiones jurisdiccionales que afecta a un proceso electoral”, expresó Campero.
Campero explicó que las dos salas constitucionales de Beni y Pando desconocieron el principio de preclusión (etapas ya superadas) en el proceso, quien aclaró que se cerraron las etapas en el proceso y que no pueden ser abiertas las mismas en las elecciones judiciales.
