La Paz, 7 de octubre (RCM).- El presidente Luis Arce promulgó el martes 1 de octubre el proyecto de Ley 035, que modifica la normativa de pensiones que tiene como objetivo aumentar la Pensión Solidaria de Vejez, beneficiando a jubilados que cuentan con bajos ahorros previsionales.
Los beneficiarios de la Pensión Solidaria de Vejez recibirán un incremento en sus pagos mensuales de entre 80 y 1.000 bolivianos, gracias a la promulgación de la normativa.
La norma establece que las modificaciones “se aplicarán a partir de la regulación emitida por la APS, tanto a las nuevas solicitudes de pensión como a aquellas en proceso de adquisición. Para las pensiones en curso de pago, su aplicación se ajustará al plazo y procedimiento que determine la regulación correspondiente”.
La Gestora Pública de la Seguridad Social de Largo Plazo saludó la promulgación de la Ley 035, que modifica el sistema de pensiones en beneficio de los jubilados. La entidad financiera aseguró que el incremento de las jubilaciones está garantizado.
“La ley tiene la virtud de que, no solo está viendo la modificación de los límites solidarios, sino que también prevé las fuentes de financiamiento, concretamente, el incremento de los aportes solidarios”, explicó el presidente de la Gestora, Jaime Durán.
