La Paz, 7 de octubre (RCM).- El viceministro de Defensa de los Derechos del Usuario y Consumidor, Jorge Silva, manifestó que los ganaderos prefieren vender la carne de pollo, res y cerdo en el extranjero por el precio elevado que ofertan, asimismo señaló que los trabajadores en carne realizaron un paro en contra de los ganaderos por incrementar precio del producto.
“Este paro que han asumido los trabajadores en carne en protesta contra los ganaderos que han incremento el precio del producto, no es una protesta contra el gobierno, es una protesta contra los ganaderos, ¿por qué?, porque los ganaderos están privilegiando sacar la carne de res, cerdo y pollo hacia Brasil, Argentina y el Perú, donde les pagan lógicamente mayor”, manifestó Silva.
Ante el incremento del precio de los productos de la canasta familiar en Bolivia, Silva indicó que hay que cerrar las puertas y realizar operativos de control en las fronteras del país para evitar que salgan productos bolivianos al extranjero, con el fin evitar el alza de costo de la carne de res, arroz, azúcar entre otros alimentos en el país.
