La Paz, 3 de octubre (RCM).- El fiscal general del Estado, Juan Lanchipa, informó que se conformará una comisión de fiscales especializados para continuar la investigación en la denuncia de estupro y tráfico de personas contra Evo Morales, así también desmintió que se haya emitido una orden para paralizar el proceso y aclaró que las acciones no se dejaron sin efecto.
“El suscrito dado en ningún momento dio instrucción alguna para paralizar el proceso indicado, por cuanto, dichas órdenes de aprehensión libradas por la comisión de fiscales, no fueron dejadas sin efecto por el Ministerio Público, sino por una determinación de una juez constituida en juez de garantías constitucionales en la tramitación de una acción de libertad”, afirmó.
El caso por estupro y trata de personas se encontraba en etapa preliminar y la víctima era una adolescente de 15 años de edad de una provincia de Tarija. La orden de aprehensión fue emitida el 26 de septiembre.
