La Paz, 25 de septiembre (RCM).- La Cámara de Senadores avanzó en la abrogación de la Ley 741, una de las principales normas consideradas “incendiarias” por permitir el desmonte de hasta 20 hectáreas en propiedades pequeñas y comunitarias, pero dicha acción se encuentra estancada en la Cámara de Diputados para su tratamiento por lo que la diputada Luciana Campero anunció que presentará un proyecto de ley en el que las tierras que fueron afectadas por los incendios no puedan ser entregadas a sectores sociales y deben pasar a protección del Estado para ser reforestadas.
“Vemos que hay una alianza entre Evo Morales y Luis Arce para no abrogar estas leyes fingen una cosa en el Senado y en Diputados hacen lo contrario (…) lo que nosotros estamos haciendo el día de mañana es presentar un proyecto de ley que va anular la entrega de tierras que sea resultado de los incendios a través del INRA a sectores sociales”, indicó la diputada Luciana Campero.
En relación al tema, el senador Leonardo Loza pidió tratar de “manera seria” y debatir la anulación de las leyes incendiarias y trabajar en un nuevo proyecto para la prohibición de las quemas.
