La Paz, 24 de septiembre (RCM).- El Movimiento Al Socialismo (MAS) afín al expresidente Evo Morales, confirmó este martes que iniciará un bloqueo de caminos a partir del 30 de septiembre, si el Gobierno no atiende sus demandas.
“Si no hay respuesta a los 16 puntos que se ha planteado, desde el 30 este mes, ya está determinado el bloqueo de caminos indefinido, porque este gobierno no se va a hacer la burla de las demandas planteadas del Pacto de Unidad y Estado Mayor del Pueblo. Los sectores sociales, ahora más que nunca se han unido”, advirtió Gerardo García, vicepresidente del MAS.
La movilización, denominada “Marcha para salvar Bolivia”, concluyó tras siete días, en la sede del Gobierno, donde Evo Morales instó al presidente Luis Arce a garantizar el abastecimiento de combustible y a destituir a algunos de sus ministros, a quienes calificó de “narcos, corruptos y drogadictos”.
Así también, la movilización exigió la provisión de dólares y la validación del congreso de Lauca Ñ que ratificó a Morales como único candidato para las elecciones generales de 2025.
En relación a los enfrentamientos ocurridos el lunes entre ambas facciones, el exministro Carlos Romero denunció que estos actos de violencia fueron orquestadas por el Gobierno a través de tácticas fascistas.
“Es triste ver la actitud de un gobierno sin precedentes. Desde atrás, atacaron cobardemente a ancianos y personas agotadas con armas, y la policía, lamentablemente, ha apoyado estos actos”, afirmó Romero.
Pidió al Gobierno que responda al pliego petitorio, ya que “nunca” lo hacen. “Solicitamos que respondan antes del 15 de septiembre para evitar la marcha, pero hasta ahora no hemos recibido respuesta formal. El Gobierno debe atender las demandas del Pacto de Unidad y del Estado Mayor del Pueblo, y no a Evo como una persona particular».
