La Paz, 11 de septiembre (RCM).- Legisladores de oposición y del oficialismo han propuesto revisar y abrogar al menos 8 leyes que permiten las quemas controladas en el país, el pedido se generó por la afectación del fuego a diferntes localidades junto a la flora y fauna del país.
Desde Comunidad Ciudadana, la diputada Lissa Claros pidió que en la sesión de la Cámara Baja a desarrollarse este jueves se abrogue las leyes incendiarias para coadyuvar y sancionar a quienes infrinjan las normativas.
“Solicitamos que las leyes que favorecen a los incendios sean abrogados el día de mañana lamentablemente lo que vemos aquí es una complicidad total de Luis Arce que protege a estas bandas delincuenciales a estos grupos que provocado los incendios”, expresó Claros.
Por otro lado, el senador evista Leonardo Loza señaló que el Gobierno ya no tiene voluntad ni capacidad para sofocar los incendios en el territorio boliviano y planteó la autoorganización para trabajar en la sofocación de los incendios.
Desde 2013, el gobierno de Evo Morales promulgó al menos 8 leyes que ahora se consideran incendiarias. Las normativas autorizan las quemas controladas y establecen sanciones muy bajas para desmontes sin autorización.
