La Paz, 3 de junio (RCM).- El gobernador electo de Santa Cruz, Luis Fernando Camacho, quien se encuentra detenido en La Paz en el penal de Chonchocoro, difundió una carta pública dirigida al presidente Luis Arce, en la que lo critica por su gestión económica y los insta a tomar decisiones urgentes para poder recuperar la economía del país.
En la carta, Camacho le recordó que llegó al poder en 2020, con la promesa de 2reconducir los destinos del país”, tras el gobierno de Evo Morales. Sin embargo, según Camacho el gobierno de Arce ha sido un “fracaso rotundo” en todos los aspectos, destacando la economía.
“En vez de escuchar a los sectores que sostienen la economía boliviana, usted y su gobierno optaron por atacarlos. Cuando los exportadores le pidieron que cumpla con su compromiso de liberar las exportaciones, usted los atacó diciendo que ellos tenían la culpa de la falta de dólares por no traer a Bolivia parte de sus ganancias; cuando el sector gremial y el sector transporte le pidieron que resuelva la escasez de dólares, usted los atacó diciendo que están intentando darle un “golpe” a su gestión; cuando los bancos -para poder entregar dólares al público- le pidieron que su gobierno les devuelva los 2.500 millones de dólares dados en garantía al Banco Central de Bolivia, ustedes los atacaron diciendo que son ellos los que incumplen con sus obligaciones; cuando el empresario Marcelo Claure se pronunció sobre la crisis económica profunda que vive el país, su gobierno lo atacó diciendo que él “no vive en el país”, tratando de restringir su derecho a expresarse. Y finalmente, cuando el pueblo boliviano se queja diciendo que hay crisis, usted con indolencia, se empeña en negarla.” escribió Camacho.
Camacho, acusó a Arce de haber continuado con el “despilfarro” y el “ahogo económico” del país, en lugar de abrir a Bolivia a la inversión privada y fortalecer la seguridad jurídica.
