La Paz, 23 de abril (RCM).- Tras la reunión del Gobierno y la Central Obrera Boliviana (COB) en Casa Grande del Pueblo, ambas instancias definieron el incremento salarial, tras los pedidos realizados a la primera autoridad del país.
Ante los medios de comunicación, el presidente Luis Arce informó que se determinó el aumento al haber básico del 3%; mientras que el salario mínimo nacional subirá en 5.85%, siendo que el valor que hasta el momento llegaba al 2.362 pasó a 2.500 bolivianos.
El incremento se debe aplicar de manera retroactiva a enero de este 2024, así también el presidente Arce mencionó que con este aumento se cuidan las finanzas públicas, se preserva la generación de empleos en el país y el crecimiento económico.
Inicialmente la COB hizo el pedido de incrementos de 7% al salario básico y 8% al mínimo.
