La Paz, 8 de abril (RCM).- El vocal Tahuichi Tahuichi Quispe del Tribunal Supremo Electoral (TSE) desmintió, en entrevista con Red Compañera Mundo, que la entidad tenga la intención de proscribir al Movimiento Al Socialismo (MAS). Asimismo, destacó las acciones tomadas por el TSE para garantizar la vigencia de los partidos políticos en el país.
A pesar de las extensiones otorgadas, el vocal reconoció que aún existen partidos políticos que no han cumplido con la renovación de sus dirigencias. Sin embargo, destacó la tolerancia del TSE frente a dicha situación.
“Solamente existen 4 partidos políticos que tiene su dirigencia vigente, se tiene otros 7 partidos políticos que no tiene renovada su dirigencia; la actual directiva del MAS viene del 2017 y viene bastante prorrogada”, mencionó.
Desde la promulgación de la Ley 1096 en 2018, todas las organizaciones sociales políticas en el país están obligadas a actualizar sus estatutos y renovar sus directivas. A pesar de las prórrogas otorgadas hasta el 5 de mayo de este año muchos partidos no han cumplido con la exigencia, entre ellos el MAS.
