La Paz, 21 de enero (RCM).- El exdirigente cocalero César Apaza fue dado de alta la tarde de este sábado e informó que se irá a Villazón, Potosí, donde cumplirá una sentencia supervisada y firmará un libro ante autoridades judiciales.
El hombre permaneció internado en el hospital Arco Iris desde la noche del jueves, cuando salió de la cárcel de San Pedro; donde estuvo recluido 16 meses por la quema del mercado de coca paralelo de Villa El Carmen.
Paola Barriga, abogada del acusado, informó que Apaza fue sentenciado a tres años de cárcel por 12 delitos; pero fue beneficiado con libertad condicional.
Sin embargo, tendrá que acudir ante las autoridades en Villazón, frontera con Argentina, para firmar un libro. En esa localidad vive la madre del cocalero.
El jueves, y tras someterse a un proceso abreviado, Apaza salió de la cárcel de San Pedro. “Dios ha sido más grande”, dijo al dejar el recinto penitenciario.
