La Paz, 1 de diciembre (RCM).- El alcalde de La Paz, Iván Arias, manifestó este viernes su preocupación por la falta de elecciones judiciales, tras considerar que se podría presentar un escenario donde cualquier resolución judicial sea demandada como inconstitucional, por lo que propuso un “gran acuerdo político” para evitar la revocatoria de los fallos judiciales.
“Necesitamos un gran acuerdo político para que eso no ocurra porque mañana un fallo de cualquier instancia puede ser revocado y cuestionado por la inconstitucionalidad de los que lo están emitiendo. Ese es el problema que se puede originar, imagínese usted, eso puede ser tremendamente complicado para el país por eso se necesita un gran acuerdo político para que no entremos en una confrontación ilegal que inhabilite cualquier determinación”, explicó la autoridad.
De la misma forma, el burgomaestre explicó que la Constitución Política del Estado establece que las nuevas autoridades judiciales deben ser elegidas mediante el voto, caso contrario las acciones judiciales pueden ser objeto de observaciones y los fallos podrían ser revocados.
