La Paz, 29 de julio (RCM).- El alcalde de La Paz, Iván Arias, estuvo liderando este sábado junto al rector de la Universidad Mayor de San Andrés, Óscar Heredia, el inicio de la XXXIV Entrada Universitaria; la autoridad paceña afirmó que dicho evento cultural está moviendo la “economía naranja”.
“Esto es lo que se llama la economía naranja que se mueve todos los años y en este caso en el ámbito universitario (…) Son miles de bailarines, más de 60 conjuntos que bailan, que mueven la economía naranja y muestran en sus diferentes facetas las danzas y la cultura. La Entrada Universitaria se caracteriza por recuperar nuevos bailes de las provincias paceñas”, manifestó Arias.
Del mismo modo, la entrada universitaria, cuenta con un total de 65 conjuntos folklóricos y está recorriendo la Av. Montes, carril de subida, Av. Mariscal Santa Cruz, carril de subida, Av. Camacho, Av. Simón Bolívar y concluye en la calle Argandoña, cerca del Parque Urbano Central (PUC).
