La Paz, 25 de julio (RCM).- Marcelo Valdez, abogado de Edgar Salazar, adelantó que se tratará de iniciar un proceso contra la presidenta de la Asamblea Permanente de Derechos Humanos de Bolivia (Apdhb), Amparo Carvajal, por una deuda que contrajo la institución con la Alcaldía de La Paz.
“Vamos a tomar las medidas legales para no perder el edificio (…) Nadie va a querer que esté ahí una persona que debe Bs 700 mil a la Alcaldía (…). No sabemos de dónde va a salir el dinero para pagar la deuda, pero a la directiva les vamos a hacer la anotación preventiva de sus bienes para que respondan”, explicó el defensor.
Por su parte, Carvajal afirma que está comprometida a pagar la deuda que tiene con el municipio paceño y recordó que anteriormente pudo pagar la deuda impositiva al Servicio de Impuestos Nacionales (SIN). Dichas medidas fueron tomadas por el sector de Salazar luego de que sus afines dejaron los predios de la institución junto con Amparo Carvajal tras llegar a un acuerdo.
