La Paz, 14 de julio (RCM).- Edgar Salazar, dirigente afín al MAS y quien lideró la toma de la Asamblea Permanente de Derechos Humanos de Bolivia (Apdhb) negó que se haya amedrentado a la presidenta de dicha asamblea, Amparo Carvajal y considera que ella sigue en vigilia en la terraza de la Apdhb “por decisión propia”.
«Nosotros en ningún momento la hemos hostigado o amedrentarla a la señora Carvajal (…) Queremos señalar que jamás hemos ejercido hostigamiento contra la señora Carvajal y ella, por decisión propia, ha decidido permanecer en la terraza de la Apdhb; es más, nosotros no tenemos un contacto físico o permanente con la señora», manifestó Salazar, según Correo del Sur.
Dichas declaraciones fueron emitidas luego de que la presidenta de Apdhb denunció que durante su primer día de vigilia en la terraza de su institución no pudo dormir por gente que puso parlantes para acusarla de “asesina”, además, la Justicia determinó que hubo previos hechos de amedrentamiento contra la mujer de tercera edad. Ante dichas declaraciones, Salazar afirmó que presentará una que contra el juez que tomó dicha medida por afirmar que no se le habría notificado para estar presente en la audiencia que se llevó a cabo de manera virtual.
