La Paz, 14 de julio (RCM).- Ante las críticas al programa «Bolivia Cambia, Evo Cumple», la exsenadora Adriana Salvatierra aseguró que es falso que dicho programa ha sido realizado con fines proselitistas, tras garantizar que las obras fueron llevadas a cabo en años electorales.
“Este informe de UPRE con montos aprobados de financiamiento a junio de 2019 demuestra que los 3 años electorales (2009,2014,2019), no representan los años con más aprobación de proyectos. De hecho, los años con más obras aprobadas fueron 2007, 2013, 2017, ninguno electoral”, manifestó la exautoridad, quien adjuntó el mencionado informe como prueba de sus declaraciones.
Del mismo modo, Salvatierra explicó que hasta 2019, la UPRE sólo ejecutaba directamente el 7 u 8% del total de los proyectos, por lo que aseveró que en “el 93% de los casos” los municipios que solicitaban una obra hacían la licitación correspondiente y la UPRE depositaba recursos en sus cuentas. “Informemos de verdad, sin tergiversaciones que dañan la credibilidad de uno de los programas que más contribuyó a eliminar las inequidades en nuestro país. Mi solidaridad con Evo Morales”, concluyó.
