La Paz, 15 de noviembre (RCM).- El representante de la Federación de Juntas Vecinales de La Paz (FEJUVE), Jesús Vera, señaló que se notificó por un edicto judicial al ex alcalde Luis Revilla, acusado por la adquisición con sobreprecio de 61 buses Pumakatari, y ahora espera que se active el sello azul de la Interpol para localizar a la ex autoridad que presuntamente se encontraría en Brasil.
El pasado 17 de octubre, el ex burgomaestre fue imputado por el Ministerio Público, por los delitos de uso Indebido de influencias, resoluciones contrarias a la Constitución y las leyes, contratos lesivos al Estado, conducta antieconómica e incumplimiento de deberes.
El supuesto hecho se habría producido en el lapso de las gestiones 2012 y 2013, en ese entonces la Alcaldía de La Paz, lanzó una licitación internacional para la adquisición de 61 buses Pumakatari por un monto de Bs 70.052.400.
Esta mañana Jesús Vera confirmó la notificación por edicto en contra de Revilla, la denuncia también se extiende también hacia otras personas que estarían implicadas en el presunto hecho de corrupción, entre ellos Alejandro Meneses y Edwin Tapia.
