La Paz, 13 de septiembre (RCM).- Tras la insistencia del asambleísta departamental del Movimiento Al Socialismo (MAS), Mario Silva, sobre sacar de circulación los buses Pumakatari, por una supuesta subvención innecesaria, el secretario del Concejo Municipal, Óscar Sogliano, aseguró que desde la Alcaldía defenderán desde cualquier instancia el servicio de transporte.
“La subvención elevada que mencionó (el asambleísta) está hecha con datos falsos. No hay transporte público en el mundo que no sea subvencionado, en La Paz la subvención es más alta porque el pasaje es uno de los más bajos y este transporte es considerado uno de los mejores en toda la región”, explicó Sogliano.
Recordó que el asambleísta Silva busca cortar el servicio al igual que en la ciudad de El Alto con los Huayna Buses, velando por intereses personales y manteniendo el transporte tradicional con trameajes cobros de pasajes en exceso y sin un adecuado funcionamiento de las rutas.

“Queremos decir a los paceños, que en El Alto se ha podido parar esto de los Wayna buses, era una subvención innecesaria”, manifestó.
