La Paz, 13 de septiembre (RCM).- La Oficina Nacional de Estadísticas (ONS), informó este martes que la cifra del desempleo en el Reino Unido cayó al 3,6% a fines de julio, no obstante, los salarios siguen presionados por la inflación que se vive en la región, según el portal Infobae.
El número de ocupados alcanzó los 32,746 millones de personas, lo que supone un incremento de 337.000 trabajadores en el último año.
Asimismo, en los últimos meses, muchos trabajadores de Reino Unido recibieron aumentos salariales para hacer frente a la inflación que se encuentra en 10%, su nivel más alto en 40 años.
Además, la ONS mencionó que los salarios reales se ajustaron tras tomar en cuenta los aumentos de precios por lo que cayeron un 2,8% interanual.
