La Paz, 4 de enero (RC).- El candidato a la Alcaldía de La Paz, Amílcar Barral, manifestó que iniciará un proceso contra el magistrado del Tribunal Constitucional Plurinacional (TCP) por prevaricato debido a la decisión que tomó dicha institución para permitir la candidatura de personas que no cumplan con el requisito de residencia en el país.
“Vamos a habilitar el proceso por prevaricato a estos magistrados, porque ya es demasiado”, indicó Barral y consideró que se ha demostrado “que el TCP está totalmente vendido al MAS”, ya que su decisión beneficiaría a dos candidatos de dicho partido: Cesar Dockweiler y Wilma Alanoca
Así mismo, Barral aseveró que como candidato habilitado para las elecciones subnacionales estaría en la facultad de denunciar que fue perjudicado por dichas medidas del TCP. Además, el postulante resaltó que Dockweiler deberá explicar si estuvo de vacaciones o perseguido cuando salió del país, no obstante, aseveró que no teme enfrentarse contra dicho candidato en las próximas elecciones.
