La Paz, 18 de diciembre (RC). – La presidente del senado, Eva Copa, informó que esta tarde se desarrollará la sesión para la elección de Vocales del Tribunal Supremo Electoral (TSE), se elegirán 12 personas, seis titulares y seis suplentes, “se va a tomar en cuenta tres mujeres, dos indígenas, se hará respetar el reglamento”, agregó Copa.
Los vocales electorales serán elegidos en base al puntaje que hayan tenido, según su perfil y su curriculum para que puedan devolver la confianza al pueblo boliviano, indicó la presidenta del Senado. Además, señaló que se hará prevalecer la meritocracia y el recorrido del postulante para que puedan llevar adelante los comicios generales.
155 postulantes que quedaron del proceso de preselección, 53 mujeres y 102 varones, entre el total están 35 postulantes que se declararon de origen indígena, originario, campesino, informó el presidente de la Comisión, senador Óscar Ortiz, de Unidad Demócrata (UD).
La sesión para elección de los vocales se llevará a cabo desde las 18:00 hasta las 05:00, “junto con la bancada del Movimiento Al Socialismo (MAS) se hará un análisis de todos los postulantes, se verán los perfiles para que entre gente proba y que sea gente que pueda devolver la confianza al pueblo boliviano”, dijo la presidenta del Senado.
