La Paz, 16 de diciembre (RC). – El gobierno informó este lunes sobre la llegada del exgobernador Mario Cossío a Tarija tras nueve años de asilo político en Paraguay, por lo que se reunió con sus abogados para redactar memoriales que serán enviados a la Justicia Ordinaria respecto a sus juicios pendientes.
Del mismo modo, el ministro de la Presidencia, Yerko Núñez, manifestó que el gobierno transitorio sólo está haciendo cumplir la ley, por lo que resaltó que las autoridades judiciales de forma independiente deberán encargarse de las investigaciones a todas las exautoridades.
“Lo que vamos como cualquier autoridad es hacer cumplir la ley, si se ha cometido irregularidades tendrán que ser procesados. Esa justicia que estuvo sometida durante años al poder político y que ahora tendrá libertad como un poder independiente, ese poder independiente deberá determinar con las exautoridades, autoridades actuales, con todos”, indicó Núñez.
