La Paz, 16 de diciembre (RC). – El fiscal anticorrupción Samuel Lima ordenó la aprehensión del presidente del directorio de la Red ATB, Marcelo Hurtado, por supuesta legitimación de ganancias ilícitas y delitos financieros, también denuncian al ejecutivo de la supuesta compra irregular del canal PAT, que implicaría al exvicepresidente Álvaro García.
El fiscal Lima afirma que se halló suficientes indicios para señalar la probable autoría de los hechos por parte de Hurtado. Argumenta que, por existir riesgos de fuga, determina su captura.
Si bien la oferta habría sido de 2,5 millones de dólares, hasta la fecha no se tiene un documento de dicha transacción. En dichas reuniones, según la versión de los periodistas indicados, participaron los entonces, el vicepresidente Álvaro García Linera, el ministro de Comunicación, Iván Canelas y el periodista Jaime Iturri, según informó el portal La Brújula Digital.
