La Paz, 10 de diciembre (RC). – La Fiscalía de la Corte Penal Internacional de La Haya recibió este martes la denuncia contra el expresidente Evo Morales por los presuntos delitos de lesa humanidad y terrorismo de Estado, dicha denuncia fue presentada por un estudio jurídico en París, Francia, a nombre de presuntas víctimas que fueron afectadas el 27 de octubre y 20 de noviembre tras la renuncia de Morales.
Así mismo, el responsable del mencionado estudio jurídico, Alfonso Dorado, explicó que dichas personas denunciaron asesinatos selectivos, emboscadas, agresiones sexuales, toma de rehenes, tortura física y psicológica, terrorismo de Estado e interrupción de alimentos y agua a ciertas ciudades.
Del mismo modo, el jurista destacó que el proceso iniciado durará bastante tiempo y manifestó que ya se ha presentado 18 vídeos y 51 pruebas escritas para sustentar la mencionada denuncia. Dorado destacó que la denuncia señala como coautores de los presuntos delitos al exvicepresidente, Álvaro García Linera y a otros exministros del gobierno de Morales.
Por otro lado, la senadora del MAS, Adriana Salvatierra, aseguró que no hay elementos suficientes para llevar a cabo la mencionada denuncia y consideró que no hubo vulneración a los derechos humanos. Además, aseveró que la recepción de una denuncia no implica que se inicie un proceso de investigación.
