La Paz, 09 de diciembre (RC). – El Gobierno analiza la posibilidad de hacer consulta previa a la propuesta de Ley de Garantías que será analizada en consulta previa de constitucionalidad al Tribunal Constitucional Plurinacional (TCP) ya que según señaló el Ministro de la presidencia, Yerko Nuñez, “no corresponde dar garantías cuando ya lo establece la CPE y las leyes en nuestro país”.
“Este proyecto de ley no es necesario, todos los pedidos que han hecho las organizaciones sociales se han cumplido y se han hecho mediante el decreto supremo” mencionó el ministro de la presidencia, señalando que la propuesta de ley no es constitucional, “no se puede dar garantías a alguien que posiblemente ha infringido la Constitución Política del Estado y la ley”, agregó.
Por otro lado, señaló el “quiebre” entre parlamentarios de la bancada del Movimiento al Socialismo, haciendo la observación de que algunos aún quieren obedecer órdenes de un jefe.
