La Paz, 28 de noviembre (RC). – La alcaldesa de la ciudad de El Alto, Soledad Chapetón, informó que la ciudad alteña sufrió un gran daño económico en el deterioro de infraestructuras públicas, regimientos policiales e institucionales que ascienden a un total de 84 millones de bolivianos.
Chapetón solicitó apoyo y respeto, además de recordar la agenda institucional y los proyectos pendientes que se tienen con esta ciudad. Además, destacó que los daños a bienes policiales ascienden a 60 millones de bolivianos y los daños municipales de infraestructura de áreas públicas suman 24 millones de bolivianos, “se va a necesitar apoyo económico porque esto no se va a cubrir con el presupuesto institucional”, señaló la autoridad.
Soledad Chapetón solicitó respeto y compensación hacia el municipio por los daños que sufrió durante los conflictos sociales, reclamando que en esta ciudad se haya “acentuado en la Ciudad de El Alto un cuartel de batalla por parte de políticos del Movimiento Al Socialismo”.
Por otra parte, la alcaldesa pidió el cumplimiento de la agenda institucional que se firmó con el anterior gobierno, el cual tiene como proyecto la construcción de 10 carriles en la calle 6 de marzo, la construcción de la complementación de la carretera a Viacha, a su vez indicó que se está haciendo un proyecto de ley para que los seis funcionarios públicos sufrieron daños durante febrero del 2016 reciban un resarcimiento.
