La Paz, 26 de noviembre (RC). – El Diputado Rafael Quispe asumió el mandato de Desarrollo del Fondo Indígena, indicó que se va a refundar el fondo indígena y ahora este va a apoyar a los “verdaderos indígenas”. Sus primeras actividades en este cargo serán instruir a una auditoria para verificar los papeles de los proyectos y se reactivarán los juicios contra los funcionarios del directorio que malgastaron el dinero del Fondo Indígena, “no es venganza, es justicia”, afirmó.
Rafael Quispe consideró que en el Fondo Indígena se robaron más de mil millones de bolivianos, por lo cual hará una auditoría a todos los proyectos anteriores y empezará procesos contra Nemesia Achacollo, Juanita Ancieta, Felipa Huanca, Melba Hurtado, Rodolfo Machaca, Hilarión Mamani, Ex ministro de Economía y Finanzas publicas Luis Alberto Arce Catacora, Ex ministro de la presidencia Juan Ramón de la Quintana y otros tres ministros que eran parte del directorio.
“El directorio tiene mucho que ver porque son ellos quienes controlaban, fiscalizaban, aceptaban y negaban todo eso, porque incumplieron, cometieron un gran daño económico, ellos deben estar en la cárcel por daño económico al estado”, manifestó Quispe a los medios de prensa.
Junto a la auditoría del Fondo Indígena hará un seguimiento a las personas que fueron encarceladas injustamente “solo por firmar un papel” para que salgan del presidio, indicó Quispe.
El Fondo Indígena contará con nuevos proyectos que serán dirigidos a los verdaderos indígenas, al área productivo y al área social. Actualmente dicha institución maneja un promedio de doscientos millones de bolivianos, por lo que las distribuciones de recursos serán divididas por municipios.
