La Paz, 22 de noviembre (RC). – El jefe nacional del Instituto de Investigación Forenses (IDIF), Andrés Flores, confirmó que las 25 muertes registradas durante los conflictos en Sacaba, Cochabamba, y Senkata, La Paz, no fueron ocasionados por armas de fuego de uso militar como fue denunciado inicialmente.
Así mismo, el jefe de IDIF explicó que las Fuerzas Armadas usan municiones de calibre es de 7.62 milímetros, por lo que las personas que fallecieron durante los mencionados conflictos fueron disparadas por armas de diferente calibre, sin embargo, resaltó que las investigaciones policiales continúan para identificar a los autores de dichas muertes.
Por otro lado, el director Flores destacó que además de las personas que fallecieron por impacto de bala se registraron otras dos muertes, una persona murió debido a un traumatismo craneal encefálico y la otra víctima fue encontrada sin vida y con signos de haber estado atado por las manos y los pies.
