La Paz, 22 de noviembre (RC). – El embajador de Rusia en Bolivia, Vladimir Sprinchan, afirma que su país continuará con sus proyectos y relaciones diplomáticas con el Bolivia, además aseguró que las relaciones que tiene su país no son con el presidente de turno sino con la población boliviana.
“Se cambian gobiernos, se cambian presidentes, pero la cooperación es por el interés, por el bien a favor del pueblo. Rusia no fue en una situación al lado de un presidente o de otro presidente, Rusia está al lado del pueblo boliviano”, indicó Sprinchan.
Del mismo modo, el embajador ruso aseguró que su país también es un estado plurinacional, por lo que resaltó que su Gobierno entiende que es difícil mantener la paz y el entendimiento mutuo entre todos los sectores del país.
