La Paz, 21 de noviembre (RC). – El senador de Unidad Demócrata (UD), Oscar Ortiz, anunció que los legisladores prevén aprobar la ley para convocar a las próximas elecciones generales, anular las pasadas elecciones del 20 de octubre y la convocatoria para designar nuevos vocales del Tribunal Supremo Electoral (TSE).
“Para nosotros es fundamental que ésta ley se apruebe hasta éste fin de semana creo que son las respuestas que espera la ciudadanía y debemos ponerle todo el empeño necesario, dependerá del consenso, pero encuentro que hay disposición y espero que podamos realmente darle al pueblo boliviano esta ley”, indicó Ortiz.
Así mismo, el senador espera que dicha ley pueda ayudar a la pacificación del país y pueda dar certidumbre a toda la población, además resaltó que se podría realizar un saneamiento del Padrón Electoral debido a las irregularidades encontradas durante el anterior proceso electoral.
