La Paz, 18 de noviembre (RC). – La diputada del Movimiento Al Socialismo (MAS), Flora Aguilar, consideró que Evo Morales sigue siendo presidente y que el Decreto Supremo 4078 que exime de responsabilidad penal a las Fuerzas Armadas (FFAA) es ilegítimo, tras no haber sido tratado en la Asamblea Legislativa Plurinacional (ALP).
La diputada Aguilar refirió que a nivel internacional DS 4078, que exime de responsabilidad penal a las FFAA en caso de legítima defensa o estado de necesidad, es considerada un delito de lesa humanidad.
“El presidente Evo Morales no se escapó de Bolivia, ha salido por resguardar su vida. Para los pueblos indígenas su vida es muy importante porque es un líder”, dijo Aguilar refiriendo que querían matarlo.
Así también, Aguilar pidió que se pacifique con los sectores sociales mediante el dialogo y calificó los hechos sociales similar a lo ocurrido en octubre negro del 2003 considerando que a nivel internacional en Bolivia se dio un golpe de Estado.
