La Paz, 9 de octubre (RC). – El vocal Antoni Costas del Tribunal Supremo Electoral (TSE) indicó que la personería jurídica de los partidos políticos se perderá si no alcanzan al menos el 3% en las elecciones de acuerdo al reglamento del Código Electoral y la Ley de Partidos refiriendo que las encuestas pueden ser publicadas hasta el domingo anterior a las elecciones con autorización adquirida previamente.
Asimismo, Costas sostuvo que el ciudadano tiene las herramientas suficientes para hacer seguimiento a las elecciones y advirtió que se inhabilitará el voto de la persona que avisen porque opción votaron.
Por su parte, la vocal Lidia Iriarte señaló que el sistema de transmisión de resultados en el área rural será garantizado en el marco de la transparencia considerando que las organizaciones políticas tienen la responsabilidad de poner a sus delegados para controlar y señaló que las actas no pueden borronearse, pero si hubiera algún error debe describirse en la casilla de observaciones.
Así también, Costas comunicó que el conteo rápido y las encuestas a boca de urna deben ser publicadas después de las 8:00 pm con una muestra del 95% la cual no fue cuestionada por ningún medio de comunicación al ser establecida en el reglamento.
